It’s not even networked. Wouldn’t pay $20 let alone $30.
@al – Looking at the eBay volume and history, I think you’d be lucky to make $10 profit per frame after fees. Not worth the time and effort.

Save your money and buy a digital picture frame that has wifi and can be linked to an email address. Then you can send pictures directly to the frame.
