hey Dan thanks for posting you can also do it from the mobile app just go to preferences and go to upgrade an ad in the promotion code over there and it works at the same place that you can deactivate the auto renewal thanks again you’re the man then

Then signed up using your code and it went through. Then turned off auto-renew. Thanks Dan!

I assume you mean during the verification quiz? Did you try the send a code to my phone option? I also failed my 1st attempt at identity verification, but it let me try a second time.

Upgraded my basic membership. I had to come back to dansdeals to click on the link after I logged in to my ups.

Oh, what a wonderful code and perfect timing Dan! I had to keep going to UPS Customer Centers to pick up my meds because the mail order delivery service requires in person signature. Now I can schedule them to arrive when I am HOME!!!!!

Even from the beginning, wouldn’t work from Canada–even using Unblock-US or Chrome’s incognito window with a US account and US address! GRRR! Somehow they know you’re in Canada and give an error that it won’t work in your region, with the UPS Canada logo showing instead of the US one.

@lazer: At any time during your membership you can choose to opt-in or opt-out of automatic renewal. To access the automatic renewal option

Log on to ups.com.
Select Access UPS My Choice under the Tracking tab.
Select the Preferences link on the upper right hand side of the page.
Select Edit for Membership Information.
Automatic Renewal is located at the bottom of this section.

Also seem that the code has been deactivated – Promotion Code is no longer available (1054) – it doesn’t even matter if you put your CC info in or not.

“Promo Code no longer available”. Good features but I will not pay for the service. It should be FREE anyway, like at Fedex. You can redirect packages, as well as other features at Fedex for free. Also, prefer Fedex Ground pricing and service to UPS.

Hint just use a credit card that will expire before renewal and they cant charge you rather than trying to remember not to renew. You know like EZ Pass lol. What a mess that was!

still working, if you are already a ups member the link probably wont work for you. Just look through the site to upgrade to the membership, then upgrade and it will give you the option to enter the promo code

No need to supply your c.c. info. Just paste the password below. So why the need to turn off auto renew? What will they charge? I guess any card used to ship a package…

The instructions said to just pop in the code bellow without your c.c. You don’t need your c.c. with the code.

Perhaps give them a call and explain that you used a valid code and should not have been charged.

gut voch. It might not be sending the code or generating the quiz bec your info doesn’t match. Make sure you have in your legal name you use with your real address so it can match you up.
