you pay for shipping, but from personal experience, i just called them yesterday with an issue from shoes bought in sept. and they gave me full credit bec. they didn’t carry the shoes anymore and i got to keep the shoes. they have a 6 month internal return policy. YMMV

@ruch: did you try calling them? i have found that with most online retailers if you call and are respectful, polite & apologetic 8 out of 10 times you will get what you want. YMMV
