JetBlue announced today that they will add seasonal nonstop flights between Boston-Madrid and Boston-Edinburgh.

The airline launched JFK-Edinburgh seasonal service last year, but Madrid is a new destination for the airline.

These routes replace the flights cut from JFK to London/LGW and the 2nd daily flight to Paris.

You can book round-trip intro fares on limited dates from $499 in economy on either route, from $2,799 in business to Madrid or $2,999 to Edinburgh.

Here is JetBlue’s 2025 Europe schedule:

As with JetBlue’s other European service, the real gem is booking it with Qatar Avios. There is wide open availability on these new routes for just 25K Avios+$10 in economy or 78K Avios+$10 in business class:

That’s a fraction of what it would cost with JetBlue TrueBlue points:

I took advantage of Qatar Avios pricing to fly to Paris last year in JetBlue Mint business class:

Will you fly JetBlue across the pond in 2025?

How do I rack up Qatar avoid miles?

EF

how can you book on Jetblue using Qatar avios when your flight originates from another airport outside of BOS or JFK, when searching from FLL nothing shows up and from MIA the only options that show up are on Qatar.

Benedict

Probably a dumb question, but can I use BA Avios to book Jetblue? Thanks.

Aron

I followed your instruction in the other post and created a Qatar account, but when i try searching award flights, it’s only showing flights operated by them with stopovers in DOH.

yAy

Interesting, as there are at least 2 daily El Al flights from there to Israel. Do you think we could get are luggage checked through to Israel because of their partnership?
