The core 13 is free with amex platinum business, not consumer, right? Unclear from posting…
Core 13 is only for free the the amex platinum business care and not the consumer care, right? Unclear from the post…
The i5 comes it as 299, not 269
“Signup for Dell email updates here and you’ll get a stackable 10% off coupon within about 1-2 hours.”
Not getting the email. Any advise.
Also didn’t get any emails. When tried with 2 email addresses
I also did not get any emails
the email sign up says the discount is only for personal use. When I click the toggle for business use, there is no discount. Can I use the personal one if I am self employed and looking to buy for all my employees?
can I split that paymen? one with Amex Blue Business Plus card for 10% back and ink chase unlimited for 5% cash back?
Yes you could, But why? Is your 10% back limited?
my question is if i split will i get 10% amex + 5% chase?
No email either. Multiple addresses and checked spam
I chatted with them about the the lack of email asking if they could just give me code. They said it could take 24-48 hours.
Anyone actually get it in that time frame ?
Same answer tgey gave me, we will just have to wait and see.
My Amex Blue Cash Preferred offers 100 dollars back on 500 spent at dell.com
Just a data point. Bought the Core i7 yesterday. Arrived today (wasn’t expecting it that soon). Didn’t know about the e-mail trick, but I did have an AMEX Offer for $100 off $500 so that helped (needed to add a $15 mouse to the order to get above $500). Went through the United shopping portal to get extra points, and had some rebate money sitting at Dell that lowered the cost. Do note that this is an older chip (12th generation, not 13th generation) but that didn’t matter to me. Also for some reason, Dell would have sold me Microsoft Office 2024 if I bundled it with the computer, but all it will sell me now is Office Home and Student 2021 (although I can buy the newer version for the same price at Amazon or Staples).
They have other models on sale that are the 13th generation.
Yep, and I almost bought one, but the difference was quite a bit considering virtually no change in performance.
Im waiting a day and still no email
Waited 2 days, no emails from them
I waited 2 days and finally just ordered. Coupon came 10 minutes later! And it wasn’t in response to the order because I signed up with 2 email addresses and I got 2 coupons – one to each address.
Exactly the same thing happened. Gave up, ordered and shortly thereafter the ten percent came. Oh well
I just received the 10% offer that I applied for 2 days ago just now as well.
you can call up and ask them to apply the coupon retroactivley
There is also a 50 off 250 on amex offers
I ordered a 500 laptop 2 days ago. Just received 10 percent off coupon. I called Dell to ask if I can get a retroactive credit. They offered a 50 dollar refund to my cc, but I asked for a 50 dollar coupon instead so that I wouldn’t lose my amex offer of 100 back on 500 spent.
got the email after about 60 hours
I got the email right away today!
To split that charge among different cards, can I allocate exactly $200 to amex plat to get that credit and the balance to another card with a different offer? Or does it split evenly?
Thanks!
You choose the allocation.
Just ordered was 458$ after 10% off
And adding mouse with tax come to $512
I have Amex 100off 500$
I see Amex charge 458$ and then another 54.18$ (2 transaction)
Amex will still give me the 100$ off?
Yes
