What’s the cost?
Just flew with them to Israel . Very professional service booking was very easy on their website. Every seat had a tote bag filled with snacks. The meals on board were really good, not like usual airline food. Highly recommend.
how were the seats?
Bags are included? 50lb weight limit?
This was an excellent flight, Thank you Dan! i was a little skeptical about booking online though the price was very clear, by seat. I may have been moved up a row to be seated with same gender. Also the schedule on website was correct, those who booked with agents got a different schedule. So even if you book through an agent, read the Lalechet website info.
Google indicates that Eastern no longer has scheduled routes. Seems most of the staff is from Guyana. They were all very polite and helpful.
Our flight departed 1-1/2 hrs late due to settling in of so many people, kids and strollers. Bins for bigger carry-ons were a little small and not so many of them. Everyone’s stuff got on somehow! Seats a little tight like most flights these days. Lalechet discloses that these planes are basic though safe. No screens, chargers or personal air vents. Meals arranged by Lalechet were great, breakfast and lunch/dinner along with a tote bag of snacks. Pillows & blankies included. Luggage includes 1 checked bag, carry-on and personal item. We did have to take a bus from JFK terminal to the plane. No big surprise for a charter flight.
Overall a very positive experience.
