JJ’s Note: I recently spent Shavuos in one of these Villas thanks to an invite from a group of homeowners. It is a brand new city being built entirely with kosher homes in mind. The community had an awesome upstate bungalow vibe, while the homes were massive and luxurious.

Can i ask what makes it kosher? Obviously the catered food etc., but Is the kitchen kashered between every stay? Goyim can stay there?
The homes are all owned by Frum owners. Kitchens are built to kosher standards with multiple sinks, ovens, properly labeled and toiveled keilim etc. Homes are marketed and rented to heimishe clientele and all potential guests are vetted prior to approving a booking.
It’s not catered, the kitchens are kosher, and you cook yourself. But there may be catering options for Pesach.
In other words, by frum standards it was kosher at one point but not anymore. You can’t say the kitchens are kosher as you have no idea. Not really a Kosher add if honesty is still a Jewish value.
If the specific home your lookin to rent is only marketed to frum jews and the owner is a frum jew who tells you he only rents it out to jews who keep shabbos and kosher, and the kitchen is labeled meat/milk, then you can rely on the fact that the kitchen is still kosher. This is a psak I got from a very choshuve rav/posek when I once rented a rental house in Boca.
Now, regarding what @chana wrote below about one of the houses being marketed on AirBNB and not being a kosher home ,that specific house sounds like a different situation already. (Although I once stayed in a different house in FL that was bookable on AirBNB, so not fully kosher, but they did keep kosher appliances and utensils locked in a closet that owners used and they let frum renters use).
I was gonna book a house here for the end of the summer but the only way to do Is to fill out this whole big form and I did it but the never got back to me this was over 1 week ago so I just booked in viletel much easier

We’ve started in Encore many times, recently stayed in Eden, We thoroughly enjoyed. The vibe is fun, frum, vacation……
Our neighbor owns an house in Eden Gardens so we rented it for Pesach and we loved it! We are going back in August and we are all very excited!
Something special about the frum environment that we felt comfortable and it was very enjoyable.

Stayed there 4 shabbosim since it was built. Really nice place.
We were just there and had such an incredible time! Our kids won’t stop talking about it! Having a kosher option like this in Orlando is such a game changer! We can’t wait to go back!
We stayed in one of the homes on this site. It was definitely not a kosher home and is bookable on Airbnb. Strange it’s marketed as a kosher home.
Did the owners that you rented from tell you it was a fully kosher kitchen? Did they heave separate kosher and not kosher appliances, dishes?
A few of the homes are marked on Airbnb most are not.
We just stayed here with Ness Vacation Homes over Shavuot and had an amazing experience

My husband and I came here for Shavuot to see family and we had such a beautiful time. The convenience of staying in a kosher home and not needing to worry was so important to us. Can’t wait to go back very soon!!

Yes every house has its own pool with varying levels of privacy depending on where the house is situated
Our family recently rented a home for Pesach and we had a lovely time. The homes are laid out perfectly for a frum family to spend Shabbos and Yomtov together in comfort and style. We would definitely come again!
