After ordering, you can make an appointment to be fitted in one of their showrooms or you can send in your own measurements as is explained how to do. Orders $329 or less will have to pay a $30 fitting fee or you can send in your measurements for free.
If the suit does not fit once you receive it, you can have it altered in a showroom, or you can be reimbursed for up to $75 from a local tailor of your choice to fix it, or Indochino will pay for return shipping and will fix it and ship it back to you once it’s fixed.

I promise not to get suckered in to the Indochino mega promotion again. Was royally screwed last year with this “deal”. Terrible fit and additionally shortchanged me one suit. Horrible, poorly staffed and ill mannered customer service run out of third world country to boot. Buyers beware

Not sure what happened, I wrote a longer message here. Bottom line, very poor quality suits. Not worth the money. My suits took me six months to get and still didn’t fit properly. I was measured in the store at Garden State Mall. Highly recommended to avoid. Pork quality, wrinkle, very easily, it was not good. That said, I still wear the suits. I bought four of them and don’t want to spend more money. So I cannot tell you they are unwearable
The only advice is that if you decide to go ahead with us. Do not leave the store if you are not 100% satisfied. I don’t have the personality to continue pushing back against the tailor who insists the suit is perfect. Eventually, they wore me down and did not fix the problems which now seem to me to have been with the quality of the suit and the seams rather than the actual fit that’s based on a later trip to a different tailor.
How does it work with appointments and measurements – if I want to get measured with my sons, do we each need an appointment, or do I make one, and we can all show up?
need separate accounts and appointments for each measurement. cannot buy 2 suits for this deal and get two measurements.

Yes, you need to tell the tailor what you want and if you need further adjustments before accepting the final product. If you can’t do that by yourself, bring a spouse or friend with you.
I can only speak to my experience at garden state plaza. I ordered the suits with st home measurements. Definitely Dont do that. Suit had to be remade. The remake needed to be altered 3 times. Suits all came in very bulky. I was looking for a more slim fit. They did correct that problem, but in the process created new problems with the seams on the inside. every time I ask him to fix it, he pressed it and told me it was better. I ordered Black Friday and by the time this was done it was the week before pesach and I needed the suits. They pressed it for me again and told me the problem was solved. I was desperate, so I accepted it. Also, he literally told me the problem didn’t exist every time I pointed it out. It is true that immediately after pressing the problem could be hidden for about 10 minutes.
At the very least, please be aware that these jackets are longer than is considered in style today. They were very adamant that the pockets must be fully covered by the jacket. This resulted in my jacket being approximately 2 inches longer than all of the jackets that I own. I fortunately did have them move the buttons up, otherwise, the buttons come very low down on the jacket. I’m not a stylish person. So when they told me with confidence that the jacket needs to cover the pockets, I accepted it. None of my other suits have this. These jackets look longer than the others and because of the issue I have with the same the length of the jacket accentuates the problems.
Sounds like many of the problems occurred because you measured at home instead of with a tailor to show exactly what you wanted?
That is not correct. I measured at home, which was a mistake. They completely remeasured and remade the suits for me in the showroom.

They completely remade the suits from scratch. All of my issues are regarding suits that were made from scratch based on measurements taken at the store. Luxury . The cheaper ones were actually better. I find that the luxury ones wrinkle very easily. I never had a suit that was unwearable if I wore it on a 1 hour car ride. But even these never fit well. The seams on the inside shrank and there is a permanent bubble in the suit. Again. Not unwearable but nothing I would have paid for on purpose
To be clear. I ordered two of the luxury and 1 each of the lower tier suits. The mid tier is the one I found to be most functional. Low tier was very poor quality. both the mid and low tier started to have stuffing come out of the shoulder pads after 6 to 8 times wearing it. i pointed this out to the store also. They brushed it with a lint roller and told me there’s no issue. It is true that the lint roller does remove the problem temporarily. It came back after a week. It is very clearly stuffing coming from the shoulder pads. Not lint from outside.
I’ve bought 3 suits from them already 2 out of 3 times were great. The 3rd time the jacket was a little too short. I went back and they told me they didn’t have that fabric anymore so I can keep the suit that was short. Theylet me order a new one at no additional cost and it fit very well. The first suit I bought I have for almost 4 years and have no issues with it at all. But every time I make sure to go in to the store and measure and I tell them how I want the suit and every measurement.
