Is shipping additional?
Hey there! Just a heads up, there’s a separate flat shipping charge for every state. This covers dry ice, a custom shipping box, the actual shipping cost, and other little things. For example, sending a box to NY/NJ that can hold up to 30 lbs will cost you $55.75. By the way, if you team up with some buddies and share a box, it can really help bring the cost down. Just a friendly tip!
How much shipping for 50 pounds?
Each box is limited to hold 30 lbs to ensure the we can pack enough dry ice, but if you’re only ordering hot dogs, we can possibly get 40 lbs into a box for you.
Are these prices the same as in store or are they marked up?

The Shipping costs kill this deal unless you REALLY want Romanian.
It is less than $2/lb for shipping to NY/NJ if you max out a box with friends, and who doesn’t really want Romanian?
I get it. It’s just people are used to free shipping for a lot of things due to big retailers like Amazon and Walmart. I get that fresh food/meat is different but having $55.75 as the lowest shipping cost option isn’t viable for customers who want to place an order on their own.
Can I suggest using Fedex one rate , it’s like $14/box and let’s you stuff in whatever fits

The size of the hot dog. 4 per pound, 6 per pound, 8 per pound. The classic is 8.

i’ve flown to chicago special just to go to romanian. cc with free suitcases. southwest two free bags not to mention cheap flights/points. its well worth it to have it shipped if its your thing. or team up with friends to bring individual shipping portion down

You won’t find anything like Romanian anywhere else. Their cuts of meat or perfect and they’re deli/hotdogs impeccable. Every time I’m in Chicago I bring a full suitcase back home. When shipping just split a box with some friends and it’s well worth it
For meat, W&L in Baltimore, Monsey Glatt in Monsey. For deli, W&L in Baltimore. I don’t know of any other kosher butchers like that anymore.
