my order was cancelled

I called them this morning to complain about the issues with the website not allowing people to add the items to the cart. They looked into it and found out that it was due to a price mistake that led to a lot of people ordering at the same time. They thanked me and gave me a $25 gift card for my troubles.

No way they are honoring this.

Just called to find out the status and they said my order was cancelled since the items were out of stock.
