Fort Lauderdale’s Terminal 1 has a United Club and Terminal 2 has a Delta Club, but those standalone terminals don’t have any connecting airside access.

Terminals 3 and 4 are connected airside and house Concourses E, F, and G, home to airlines like Air Transat, American, Avelo, Avianca, Azul, Copa, Flair, JetBlue, Spirit, and Sun Country.

Those terminals have been a lounge desert, with just Kafe Kalik Restaurant available there, with a $28 per guest credit for Venture X, JPMorgan Ritz-Carlton, and Sapphire Reserve cardholders.

Luckily, as of today there is a new Escape Lounge-Centurion Studio Partner located in the hallway between Concourse E and F, where anyone flying from Terminals 3 or 4 can access airside without leaving security.

AMEX Consumer Platinum and AMEX Business Platinum cardholders can access the club, along with 2 guests for free. Secondary Platinum cardholders can also access the club with 2 free guests. Non-Platinum cardholders can reserve club access in advance for $40 per person.

The lounge is open from 5:30am-9pm and features amenities including a shower suite, kids activities, complimentary bar, and more.

If you visit the new lounge, let us know your thoughts in the comments!

If one is a holder of both sapphire reserve and Ritz, do they have separate memberships in that they $28 per pax from each of the two?

Sounds crazy

Looking forward to using the lounge when I fly spirit later this week.

I fly Spirit often from FLL. But, with pre-check and no checked baggage, I usually only sit for about 20 minutes before boarding announcements. So, it’s not worth my time for a cleaner urinal and can of coke for 15 minutes.

I have the delta reserve card it says for entry I would need to be traveling on a delta flight that day. That is a little crazy as delta is in terminal 2. Any ideas Dan?

Would be helpful as I fly from. FLL twice a month and eitherwise don’t need the platinum card

Awesome!
I have a 3 hour layover in FLL in December.

Any chance for kosher meals or snacks?

They serve the best nothing burger I’ve ever had.

Went tonight with my wife.

Waste of time. Bathrooms were gross.

Literally no food for a yid. No fruit, no chips, nothing…

I didn’t want an alcoholic drink so I filled up our water bottles and had a coke.

Meh
