I bought it because of its size, and it’s cute. However……
The fireplace unit went out after only 6 uses. I acknowledge that the warantee was up – but it was in a little-used room. Honestly just plain quit working. We tried everything in the manual.
Wayfair has done nothing to help me, except offer 10% off of my next purchase. Says manufacturer is unavailable. Very polite on the phone and on-line chats, but cannot or will not compensate my loss or stand by the product. So much for their proclaimed customer service!!!
Paint is flaking off the plastic doors too.
Do not waste one penny on this piece of sh_ _!
