these are so cheap becuz Apple is getting ready to come out with new models. So anyone who wants to flip should do so soon

They’re not getting the new ones before the summer, plus i can flip these the day after i receive them

Perhaps someone posted the wrong model number when they made the listing and they meant to sell the older models. I hope we all don’t see an email apologizing for an error and it not being available to ship. It’s happened to me before during a shampoo sale Dan posted a few months ago. Good luck to all.

Is it even legal for them to cancel an order when they displayed the wrong price? Get a lawyer involved and mention something about suing… or the media. Their reputation is not worth the few $1000’s they lost…

@Pianoman: they only canceled orders that had a 2 to 5 week waiting time. Ones they had in stock have been shipped.

I ordered 2 back to back around 3 minutes after the deal posted one w overnight shipping and one w standard prime. The standard got canceled. The one I paid 3.99 extra shipped. So ther doesn’t reall seem to be rhyme or reason…

I can’t believe a company like amazon had only a few in stock of this item. Aapl does not allow to sell items for that cheap they probably have a strict policy so the price stays where they want it. I emailed them about the cancellation hope they respond with a credit like people have been posting.

You’ll see the refund on your American Express statement in the next 2-3 business days. I’ve also issued amazon store credit in the amount of $7.34 for the shipping charged on the new order for the Ipods!!!
