Sony 32GB Class 10 UHS-1 High-Speed SD Card Linky
The $16.99 price will appear at final checkout.
This is via Rakuten.com, which was formerly known as Buy.com until the Japanese bought them out and decided to change the name of the site from one that anyone can spell to one that nobody can spell.

@Stephen:
Are you using the standard checkout method?
When added to cart it changes to 18.99
I’m on a mobile but idk why that would make a difference
@Stephen:
Again, on the final checkout page (not in your cart) using the standard checkout it goes down to $16.99.
No idea about mobile.
The price Dan listed was without tax. That’s what’s confusing everyone.

@Johnathan the Sony SD card is twice as fast, which is good for fast shooting. The Sony card also has a retrieval option. Plus its Sony!
@dan you can still go tp buy.com and it will be redirected
@chaim yes it does redirect. but i think the point is that they changed their main brand name that people will associate them with from an easily recognizable and great domain buy.com to one that is not.
