OneWorld carrier Royal Air Maroc was rumored to be launching service in January, but that was pushed off due to the pandemic.
Now they are launching service just a week after Emirates launches their own Tel Aviv flights.
The inaugural from Casablanca to Tel Aviv will be operated on December 12th by their flagship 787-9, with lie-flat reverse herringbone 1-2-1 direct aisle access business class seats, at 9:55am and arriving into Tel Aviv at 4:15pm the same day. The return flight departs on the 12th at 6:20pm and arrives at 11:15pm the same day.
The Dreamliner will only make one more appearance, flying from Casablanca to Tel Aviv and back on December 15th.
Unfortunately after that, the flight will be operated by a 737-800 that has 2-2 recliner seating in business class.
Starting on December 19th the flight will depart from Casablanca on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 11:55pm and arrive into Tel Aviv at 6:15am the next day.
The return flight will depart from Tel Aviv on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7:15am and arrive into Casablanca at 12:10pm the same day.

This route open up a great way to fly between the US and Israel! Casablanca is a much more practical connection point than overflying Israel via Dubai or Abu Dhabi. All 3 cities do make for an excellent stopover and it’s great to see more options opening up for travel between North America and the holy land.
You can fly from Tel Aviv to JFK via Casablanca for 40K AA miles in coach or 70K in business class. There are also bargains to fly on Royal Air Maroc using Etihad miles.

We flew EL AL RAK to TLV yesterday.
6 hour flight, but we landed 30 minu ‘early.’ Departed at 2350. Left on time. Flight was nearly 100% full.
Nary a word of English heard on board, and it came from my mouth…… all Israelis, mostly members of my tribe, but not all.
The Moroccan airport El Al people kept asking for our Israeli passports ( which we don’t have….yet)
They hadn’t seen an American in who knows how long. They were UBER polite.
I highly recommend the Naomi Boutique Catering tour program with Eric and Naomi.
Beautiful country that truly appears to welcome those of the Jewish faith.
Walking to shul on Shabas with tallisim out, we were greeted with smiles and handshakes from young and old alike.
The unique Berber/Tuarig history makes this country quite unique.
