Today is the last day that you can transfer Bank of America Worldpoints into Air Canada Aeroplan miles. It’s the most valuable redemption that exists for Worldpoints, so no reason not to transfer them all over if you have ’em.
I discussed the merits of transferring Aeroplan miles into USAirways miles in this post.

@Yoely:
That’s where i tried before,
but between all the options i don’t see anywhere mentioned Aeroplan, or any transfers to airlines at all
Are you still going to able to transfer MR points to Air Canada?
@Ez: My guess is ‘redeem points’ > travel> partner travel options>
I don’t have any BOFA points, so I can’t go any farther than that.
Dan, I have the possibility to redeem out 25,000 points for $250+5000 left over which I’ll move into Aeroplan. Is it still worthwhile to convert all into Aeroplan points? And if so, is it possible to book a flight via either Aeroplan or US Airways that can be used in conjunction with United, where I have a lot of miles? Sorry for the n00b question :p
After a phone system and reps runaround…
Finally!
One nice rep (that spoke English and knew what air canada and aeroplan where…) told how to do it
You need to go to this link http://www.managerewardsonline.com and not through the usual BoA login page.
Thanks Dan! I was’t even aware (until 2 hrs ago) that I was able to (until today) to transfer World Points to Aeroplan 1:1!!!
All this time I thought they where useless points.
Thanks Again and thanks to AsherO for bringing it to our attention.
@Steven:
Aeroplan points are worth well over a penny each.
Yes.
@Dave:
Awesome!
Though that link doesn’t seem to work.
@david:
As long as you have any activity in a year they’re extended until they’re 7 years old.
Need to blow off a bit of steam here: BofA bites. My card was activated when I was a boarder in high school so don’t blame me for even having a BofA CC. Next, their call center is absolutely useless. Do not call them. They are blind and dumb with regard to most things, and this worldpoint/aeroplan situation is no exception. Save yourself from flaming hell-like frustration and go to this website to do it all online, lickity-split, without self-combusting.

Click on “travel” then “redeem for aeroplan miles”.
You can only do increments of 1,000. You also need to have your Aeroplan number handy.
I reiterate – I despise Bank of America.
Thank you AsherO and thank you Dan for your help and for this absolutely useful and wicked good site!
Bracha v’hatzlacha!
Aaaaaaaaaaand of course Bank of America screws me again: they change the link when you sign out so you have no clue what link you just were successful with.
Here’s the *real* link:

BofA, Wankers!
@Banana
That’s why my link didn’t work… Thanks! 🙂
Dan i by mistake didnt do it yesterday is there a way to still do it today?
Thank you! Finally found a decent use for my BofA points. First time I read this blog all togeter was around 11pm last night; just before midnight completed transfers from two accounts to my aeroplan.
Dan, i missed the opportunity. Is there a way to still do it ? If not, what’s the next best to do with bofa wp?
I have 60,000 bofa wp. Whats the next best thing to do with them?
