Sorry, although I just did make the purchase for 2 packs (trusting that Dan is always right), but I don’t see anything on the website about 100% back. Do we get the credit via email?

No.
Reward certificates cannot be used on purchases of any gift or prepaid cards. You can redeem rewards in up to a limit of 3 transactions in store per day, when accessing via our cash registers at check out for redemption. Remaining balances will display on the bottom of your store receipt and online. Rewards Certificates cannot be applied for items that are on backorder.

Yes, you will still receive the 100% back in rewards even if you used rewards to pay for the order.
