the BC1818 code is only for people who have a brooks brothers master card..it won’t work on an order. their customer service just told me 🙁
Rule number 1 is don’t call.

What they told me is that even if we use it it will come off once an invalid card is authorized..so even with us not calling it’s not actually going through

This deal has been a disaster for me. I made 3 orders. 2 shirts, 2 shirts, and 3 shirts. Order number 1 was $51 gift cards emptied but no confirmation. Order number 2 was $51, gift card emptied but no confirmation. Order number 3 had 3 shirts so total was $80 and since I had a remainder of $73 from $175 in gift cards, I paid $7 on a credit card. Order number 3 went through. Order number 1 and 2 just emptied my gift cards with no confirmation and 2 items still in the cart. This is not the first time I had problems with bb order.

Did they send you a text as well? Use the one from there, I had the same issue, and realized the one sent by text is a different (perhaps more recent?) code, and that worked.

Not sure what I’m doing wrong but after I applied the REG1X code it showed $10 off $50 applied but one of the $39 shirt jumps to $86. If I add a third $39 shirt that one says $39 but when I take away the second one then the third one becomes $86.
