so there’s no more groupon promise?
Valid on Saturdays from 10PM to 3AM only.
its from the fine print IS IT TRUE????
lousy hashgacha.. IMHO
I heard the hashgacha is very good actually.
Hashgacha is not the issue, the crappy food and wine that comes with this deal, that’s the issue.
So it is valid for 2 per table, but only with 6 people? that is dumb. So I cant use it for my family of 4?
We bought these the last time around. We’ve eaten at Tali’s before and the steaks you get with this menu are not the same steaks you would order when you go in for a good steak. They are small and the food isnt too great all around. You still need to pay tax and tip on the whole “value” truth is its not worth $75.00
someone who went (and doesnt keep kosher) said they told him its kosher but not glatt kosher. also i heard from someone else the hechsher is not good.
love you dan but maybe some more research is needed before you post the deal?
Ate a price-fixe dinner there last week. Absolutely recommend it. Great food, Great service and great ambiance!!

Absolute lies and motzei shem ra!

its a deals website, not a kashrus websites
not everyone lives their life based off the “rumors” you hear
I’m from the west side and this is a very reliable Hashgocha. Rabbi Marmorsein is respected by all sectors of the community. If you’d like more info pm me.
I bought two of these deals last year and went with 6 people
It’s true you pay taxes and tip on the “real” price, which certainly adds to the cost.
The hashgacha is fine , and the food was very good and plentiful
The hashgacha is top notch
To hi & bb: Talia’s has been a glatt kosher establishment since it opened its door about 10 years ago. Numerous times I dined there and I saw chabadnikim and satmers along with Young Israel frum. I participated in their pre-paid Shabbat dinner on Friday nights when the entire restaurant was rented out by Chabad of the Upper West Side. As a matter of fact, I just visited Talia’s website to book a Friday night dinner for my family and I saw that Chabad of the West Side is taking the entire restaurant for pre-paid dinner on the upcoming Shabbat Shuva – see for yourselves: http://www.taliassteakhouse.com/shabbatmenu.html. If the hashgacha is “kosher” for Chabad, why isn’t it “kosher” for you?
Netzor leshoncha mera. Us’fatecha midaber mirma.
I’m privileged to know Rabbi Marmorstein. He is a very respectable rov, yiras shomayim… and I would have no problem trusting his kashrus.

Contact Rabbi Avrohom Marmorstein yourself before being motzei shem ra like that based on the hearsay of someone who doesn’t keep Kosher. If you odn’t know whether or not to trust Rabbi Marmorstein, ask your own Rav what he thinks of him.
