Hyatt elite members can register here to earn triple points on all stays, starting with their 2nd stay, and 2,500 bonus points for their first stay between 6/15-9/15.
Hyatt non-elites can register here to earn triple points on all stays, starting with their 2nd stay, between 6/15-9/15.
Registration closes on 8/31. You can earn up to 200K bonus points with this promo.
Elite members will be able to earn the 2,500 point bonus with an award stay, so it’ll be worth making a 1 night award stay before making paid stays.
You can cancel all Hyatt stays, even non-refundable rates, up to 24 hours before the stay.
Hyatt normally awards 5 points per dollar spent, so you’ll earn 15 points per dollar spent with this promo. Additionally, elites will earn their standard 0.5-1.5 points per dollar spent and Chase World Of Hyatt Credit Cardholders also earn 4 points per dollar spent.
As a Globalist cardholder, I’d earn 20.5 points per dollar spent, which is equal to a 33% rebate at a value of 1.6 cents per point. That’s not bad at all, though I was really hoping to see a return of Faster Free Nights as hotels try to incentivize people back to travel.

For elite members, how many points do you earn on award stays after the first one?
~16.5 points per dollar spent x $0 = 0 points.
Aw, that’s a shame. So I guess that if my wife and I are both elite, we want to book our first award stays in our own names — especially since “total nights” doesn’t matter to maintaining our status this year. BTW, it’s a shame because the previous promo this spring — which effectively got “terminated” by the virus scare — was pretty generous with award stays.
Not a good promo when staying on hyatt points at hotels
Hey Dan – unrelated, I was told you wrote somewhere that if the government regulations change after booking a flight, you may have easier refund options. Can you please clarify and/or post a link?
Plus, Stack it with the new chase offers! Nice!
