The Krispy Kreme’s that are kosher are usually under KOA. Many Dunkins as well.
Krispy Kreme in Springfield NJ is kosher-dairy under Rabbi Chaim Marcus. I am not familiar with others
Depends on the location. Scranton PA has kosher KK. Philadelphia used to and maybe still does. Virginia has one. U gotta know each branch specifically…

Can someone explain why Krispy Kreme in Savannah Georgia is kosher but nothing in Cleveland lakewood or monsey etc….
Hoshgocha politics. Some towns kashurus organizations don’t want a competing place, a place open on shabbos, a place with a TV or music on, or a non-Cholov yisroel or Pas Yisroel establishment in their vicinity.
Krispe Kreme are franchises, Not all owners want / care to make it kosher.
I had one near us that did not want to follow the hechsher requirements so they let the Hashgocho go. while the same hashgocho agency continues to supervise other branches in nearby cities.
Saint Louis has 4 kosher Krispy Kreme locations. They are all under the Vaad Hoeir of St Louis.
