Note that face masks from Amazon and other sites are experiencing shipping delays. I ordered some last month and the Amazon tracking number came up as lost in delivery. I contacted Amazon after a couple of weeks and they gave a refund plus a $5 courtesy credit. They showed up a week later and Amazon said to just keep them!

Ordered from previous two posts. None of them went past “shipping info received”. According to comments happened to dozens of people. Not one said they actually received it. You are the first.

This was from a March order. When did you order?
April 3rd and 4th. The official status in Amazon on both orders is “you package may be lost”.
I had the same story I ordered beginning of Apr from one of your posts I got shipping label created and after a few days it said it might have gotten lost I chatted with them and got it refunded plus $10 courtesy credit but so far I haven’t gotten the package.
I also received a full refund plus $5 credit.

Looks like their way of saying out of stock. I ordered and it went .. Tried a second one to another address as well as mine and got that message
+1, wanted it shipped it shipped to Monsey but got same message. Had it shipped to NJ instead.
Wouldn’t ship to my address in Englewood, NJ or my parents house in Monsey, NY. But I was able to ship it to my Dad’s office in Bloomfield NJ, which is only about 20 minutes away from me.

Had a similar experience as Dan says in the post. The shipping label was generated but the package was never sent. About a week after they were to be delivered I chatted with Amz and they gave me a full refund. They also issued a courtesy credit of $6 (the amount of my Amex 20% discount on the order) and the rep was very apologetic. The haven’t showed up yet but Dan’s post gives me hope.

Got the same message about not shipping to my address. Clicked cancel and tried again. The order went through the second time. Now there is a note in the order:‘item sold out. We’ll restock asap.’ The order is supposed to arrive on May 24th.
