I was able to Add a coin after refreshing a few times right at 9:00 PDT…but then when I tried to select the stored credit card, it kept crashing…so I kept refreshing. Finally at 12 mins after the hour, it loaded my CC info and completed the transaction.

Been doing these since almost the first round.. could definitely tell the extra advertising added weight on this deal for the website. Even so I managed to get two coins, but only 1 email confirmation.. both order numbers have gone through so still confident on the success. Almost had three coins but I didn’t realize one of my browsers wasn’t refreshing on the order complete page, but was actually still stuck in checkout. Noticed it too late.
Unfortunately, maybe, I completely missed the 2-day shipping change that was at the “bottom” of their last email update.. lol, sorry not sorry. These emails all look the same, if you’re going to make a change like that, it should have been at the top if not in the subject line itself. I guess I’ll just resell these down the road if they still don’t want the one I committed to..
Actually changing the shipping was Step #1, but they clearly stated what to do if you forgot to change the shipping and the order went through:

They get the coins rated by a professional. The higher the rating the more it’s worth. They dont want you to get it rated and then give it to them if it gets a bad rating.

Friday morning Nov 15 Update:
Rec’d emails from US Mint yesterday confirming 1 coin, but still shows ‘Processing.’ – Also rec’d email from PFS, telling me the same status… kinda creepy, as I didn’t realize that by giving PFS the email & order # that they’d be accessing the order status…though not able to see my CC info.
PFS cant see your cc info
on the mint site you can track a order when you enter your order number and email.
after your purchase your gave your info to PFS so he can now see updates on your order
