Both discounts *CAN* be applied. I just ordered one and the total was $43.24 plus tax.
I’ve been waiting for this item to go on sale for a long time (more than a year). I know there is a newer model of this item, that can deliver somewhat more power, but I think this one is sufficient for me at less than half the price.
