any suggestions on which spg to keep?
will they give u the software without a reservation? all the reservations were filled a long time ago.
danfan-there have been conflicting reports on whether the business card comes with the return privilege, but the consumer card definitely has it.
If you call amex to find out if the business card has it please post the answer.
The business card gets you open savings, which the consumer card doesnt.
nw-Many cities still have open slots(Just checking around me-Cleveland doesnt, but pittsburgh and columbus do) Also many cities have multiple events that you have to check.
I dont know if they will still give it to you without a reservation…
hey dan,
amex said yes, both cards do have the 90 day return policy, its a max of 300$ per item, and 1,000$ per card, per year, with receipt, and you would need to ship the defective item to ’em.
In that case then the Starwood business card has every benefit of the consumer card, plus you get open savings at fedex, att, delta, jetblue, etc.
thanks! :):):)
