Update 2: I contacted the rebate company by email about the fact that both rebates say original upc required, this was their response to me,
“Just go ahead and send them in the same envelope, with the upc and receipt to whichever address and they will come directly to me. Thank you Janna.”
So that should settle that question…

There’s something strange about this deal:
Buy.com shows both rebates. However, the fine print on the rebate form clearly states, “Offer limited to one rebate per ACP-EP MEMORY part number”, and, “Offer may not be combined with any other ACP-EP MEMORY offer”.
Also, since the original UPC must be sent, do we send both rebates in the same envelope?
Actually the fine print on the $5 form says that it may be combined with other offers!
I think i would send them both in the same envelope along with a printout of the buy.com page showing both rebates…
