Doesn’t seem to work. You get to the end stage and then it freezes up. I tried it on 2 different computers.

It froze up at first, but then when I went and tried to resubmit it, it said that I had already made the request, so I guess I’ll know in a few weeks.

Perhaps this is just a ploy from Target to get our email addresses to add us to their promotions list (although I unchecked that option)
