If you order it to pick it up at the store in Monticello, there’s no shipping and you can get it when you go to Shop Rite for erev Shabbos shopping upstate.
Is it available for store pick up?
Did staples.com used to offer free shipping with no minimum if you had a (free) staples reward membership? I guess they no longer do?

How do you get to select in-store pickup? It says “This item not available in stores” and when I go through checkout, it just lets me ship it. Do you have to change Your Store?

After ordering 7 and the transaction going through they cancelled the order. I replied to the cancellation order and customer service reissued the order on backlog but asked that I call for a form of payment. When I called I discovered they reordered as 3 pack as opposed to a 12 pack but the description code was exactly the same (looks like they made a mistake and the offer should have been for 3 pack all along). I complained and the issue has been escalated.

Received 1 pack of 3.
They changed the listing to 3-pack and shipped out orders as 3-packs instead of 12 packs.
So, I ordered 10 boxes. Today I got a delivery – 10x 3 rolls each. I called customer service and told them they have two options. 1. Call the ups guy back here to pick up all the boxes and send me the correct items (12 rolls). 2. Refund me for 3/4th of the price I payed since you only sent me 1/4th of the order! Looks like a refund is enroute.
Ordered 10 on Wednesday. On Thursday I received 10-3 packs! After sitting on the phone with staples for 15 minutes, rep told me that they would ship me the 10 12 packs and pick up the 3 packs. Then he puts me on hold for 10 minutes and then says he can’t do that but would send call tags so I can ship it back for a full refund. I asked for his manger who immediately offered me a 50% refund if I kept them. What should I have done at this point?
SEND IT BACK AND WRITE A LETTER THAT YOU WILL NEVER SHOP AT STAPLES AGAIN 🙂 🙂 🙂 ! THAT WILL TEACH THEM !!!
You should’ve gotten at least a 75% refund since you only received 1/4 of your order.

I order 7 12 packs but only received 7 3 pack. The manager refunded the full order and told be to to keep the 7 3 pack. I thought it was fair.
I received confirmation of order for 12 roll packs. Received 3 roll packs. Used chat feature. Staples offer was to give me a $ 10 coupon if I kept the 3 roll packs, or return the order for refund. $ 10 coupon is a joke. Take $ 10 for accepting 3 roll packs when I ordered 12 roll packs (I ordered 7 packs)? No way. I am returning. Not happy about it. For the trouble I get my original paid price back, nothing else.

Had ordered 14 packs and when I only had 4 boxes I didn’t understand how my order was marked as delivered. Opened the box and saw the invoice and was immediately irritated. Not going to waste my time dealing with this over the weekend because support will probably be especially bad. Will deal with it on Monday and fully expect to have to waste time and patience on this.
I ordered the one 12 pack which on the website was 4-3 roll packages for pickup. I went to the store and there was just one 3 roll pack in the small box. The guy said it must have been a computer glitch that dan deals took advantage of and offered me a 8 roll pack as substitute. I told him to stuff it. Staples sucks. Last time I order from them.
I order 4 packs of 12. Came to the store and there was one box(12 rolls) the rep called the 800 number and they said they will send me three boxes shipped to my house. Let’s see what’s happens

I contacted the chat line this morning after pickup on late Friday evening and while I made two items in one order (ie 2 x 12 =24rolls) when I picked up I had one box of 6 rolls total. Said it was a typo mistake online and was supposed to be 3 rolls (but on printing on package it says they are equal to 6 rolls) Either way, when I contacted chat this morning they said it was a typo that they are not honoring but that they would submit a full refund and get that processed in 3 to 5 days and said to keep the 2 packages I received in that one box.
SPOKE TO THE STAPLES AFTER RECEIVING MY 15 ROLLS (THAT SHOULD OF BEEN 60 ROLLS) I TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD ACCEPT THE ROLLS AT .62 (AMOUNT THEY WOULD OF COSTED ACCORDING TO THE “DEAL” – THEY ACCEPTED MY OFFER! 🙂 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got my order today (7 Pkg) I got 3 in a case instead of 12. Called and they said That was a mistake on their end because they don’t carry the 12 pack. She credited my order and said I can either send them back or keep them.
Same, showed up in store to find a 3-pack instead of 12-pack. Best they would offer was a refund, and then to price match Walmart on a re-order. Ridiculous.
But I wonder what would have happened if people didn’t try to order hundreds of rolls to resell…
