Lowes jumped onto website and immediately raised the price.
First I tried to order on line and and for shipping, picked “Free Store Delivery” was told “not available for parcel shipping thru ups. So I clicked “store delivery” again but it kept reverting back to parcel shipping and i could not continue to checkout.
So I call 1800#. She still had the lower price. But she could also not continue. She went to a supervisor and was told the reason being, “ITEM DISCONTINUED”. so I tried on line again and it came up with the MUCH HIGHER PRICE OF $1099. MUST BE MR LOWES FOLLOWS YOUR SITE…KICK HIM OFF….
The more expensive item still has the same item #. Can we make them honor a printed price.
I printed out the order with the lower price.

No! When a price mistake happens and they honor it, be grateful. When they don’t, move on! If this would happen in your business you wouldn’t be so quick to honor it either. So many takers/freeloaders!

I got a $200, Lowe’s gift card after really really driving it home how upset I was!

FYI if you ordered 2 ovens and 2 microwaves as I did. When I checked this AM on my order status the 2 ovens were cancelled but they were processing the microwave order and I had to call and cancel that part of the order as well. The phone reps (multiple levels) actually tried to add back the ovens but they couldn’t get it to work and couldn’t figure out why (haha!).

Lowes emailed me and cancelled my order 8 hours after I received a purchase confirmation with a shipping date. Is there anything that can be done?

Mine got canceled too. I called up lowes and they offered me 10% off on another range plus an additional $50 off. The $50 was special for anyone who got in on this deal and then got cancelled, the 10% was just a regular courtesy they extended because of the trouble this caused

Lowes sent an order confirmation. Then sent an email saying the order was delayed to the end of August. Then emailed me to say they had a technical issue the caused more orders being accepted than they had ovens. They refused to honor the price. Bad customer service.

Just spoke to them the reason they cancelled everything was because it was a mistake in the system the item number was the wrong item if you copy the item number from your confirmation email and you put it into Lowe’s website you’ll see that the item that comes up is a shower system
