You must activate the pass by 07/05/11.
The nice thing about BJ’s is that (unlike Sam’s and Costco) they accept manufacturer’s coupons and they seem to have a much wider variety of items.
In my experience there is no limit to the number of trial’s that they allow you to take.

i used once a 60 day trial and they told me i can do it only once , can they check in their system if i’ve got the 60 day trial before?

I’ve done it many times. First me, then 60 days later my wife, then me again….
After several times they told me it’s once per person per year or something like that. Try your luck and see what happens!!
I’m assuming they take any cc – and not just amex like costo. Correct?
