With Daily Getaways you can purchase discounted travel packages, but you have to be really quick for the best deals.  At 1pm EDT every weekday from now through 5/8 there is a new offering. The best deals will sell out in seconds, so you need to be waiting on the page at 12:59pm and refreshing the page.

Today offerings are:

• 14,000 Choice Privileges Points for $80 (0.57 cpp)
• 28,000 Choice Privileges Points for $144 (0.51 cpp)
• 42,000 Choice Privileges Points for $205 (0.49 cpp)
• 55,000 Choice Privileges Points for $265 (0.48 cpp)

You can buy up to 2 of each package.

Choice normally sells 50K points directly for $495, but they are on sale for $346.50 currently (0.69 cpp).

You can use these points for hotel stays, but these points really came in handy during Q4 last year when you were able to transfer Choice points to United at a 5,000:3,250 ratio. Hopefully that promotion will return this year again…
