Dan are the prices reasonable from JFK with this deal?
They don’t fly from JFK to Athens.
Emirates only flies to Athens from EWR not JFK.
The question is, can you enter line your bags from Newark all the way to Tel Aviv. I don’t imagine that that’s possible.
They do have interline agreements with Alitalia and Aegean, so you should be able to check bags all the way through as long as you show the checkin agent your other ticket.
But YMMV as it’s always up to the agent. If they say no, try asking for a manager.
and 1 pc of luggage 50lbs free + 1 carry-on free on Emirates and Aegean? Both ways?

There is no multiple passenger sale when starting in Athens to Newark, but there are flights from $474 round-trip.
That plus the $110 for Tel Aviv to Athens and back booked as 2 one-ways puts you at $584 per person.
