Update: The stackable discounts appear to no longer work on pants or shoes, but they are still be working on shirts.
JCPenney has a promotion for 65% off $100+ of select items. They also have a “Buy 1, Get 1 50% off” promotion on other items.
However both of these promotions are currently stacking, so you can save 65% off on top of items that say “Buy 1, Get 1 50% off!”
-Save 65% off $100+ orders with code: 47GOSHOP
-Select items say “BUY 1 GET 1 50% OFF”. However if you order more than 1 item it’s currently giving the same savings off every item in your cart! Note that you can’t order 2 of the same exact item in the same size for the stacking promotions. You can add the same item in another size or add another item to qualify. You will have to make multiple orders to get more of the same exact item in the same size.
The key is to order at least $100 of items after the BOGO savings to get an additional 65% off.
For example:
-If you purchase a pair of Florsheim Broxton Mens Cap Toe Oxford Dress Shoes and Florsheim Portico Mens Leather Bike-Toe Slip-On Dress Shoes the total for both shoes will be just $52.50 after the code above and BOGO discount.
-If you purchase at least 4 different sizes of Stafford® Travel Easy-Care Broadcloth Dress Shirts you’ll pay just $9.45 per shirt after the stacking promotions.
-If you purchase at least 3 different sizes of Stafford Executive Non-Iron Cotton French Cuff Oxford Shirts you’ll pay just $15.75 per shirt after the stacking promotions.

Order total was $292. Went to checkout, chose PayPal, PayPal said $292 but when it brought me back to JCP site went up to over $500. Refreshed cart and half the items were no longer eligible.
Looks like they’re slowly fixing this.
If you throw in clearance shirts with the bogo shirts they also apply the discount to the clearance items too.
