Would this fit in a standard pack n play?
@sam: No, it’s for a standard crib
what do you do when amazon cancels these orders
Ended
@rediplus: You call and make a complaint and they will give you $25 credit for the next order.
no@aron:
not at all i just order it
They’re retailing for $195 on Nordstrom shipped. Granted that’s not 93 but it’s not 395 either…
@anonymous:
The one at nordstrom isn’t the same one… this is the Nook Sleep Pebble Pure not the Pebble Air they’re different
@anonymous: That is the pebble air which is $169 on Amazon. This deal is for the Pebble Pure.

Just got and it’s not sold out
Just got it!
I got one today. It says it will be shipped in 1-2 months. Do you think I’ll actually get it or will they cancel? I was thinking of selling it on eBay for a profit or just returning it if it doesn’t sell.
@Anonymous: Are you sure? So if I only have a pack and play then it’s worthless?
The sales rank though š
Order canceled
cancelled my order… damn you amazon…
Called in and got $50!
Got a $50 credit via a chat manager!
They cancelled my order as well. I’ll ask for a credit.
@Sam: what did you say to get the $50 credit? I tried to chat with a representative online but she kept saying that there is nothing they can do
How did you all get $50?
First he offered me nothing. Then $5 Ć°Åøā¢ā Then finally $10. He said that was the highest he can go.
I felt funny asking for a bigger credit when they were saying it was a mistake. Just wondering how your conversations went…
Is online chat better than phone?
So, I spent 20 minutes or so in a chat with three Amazon reps, they offered me $0. I then called on the phone, explaining that others have received $50 credits because of this cancellation. After being on hold for 30 minutes, the rep offered me a $30 credit, which I took. So, all and all, it took almost an hour to get $30 in promotional credit.
So, before posting what I did I wanted to see how my situation played out. I ordered originally and then it got canceled. I called and chatted at the SAME Time with 2 Amazon Reps. The one i chatted with offered $30 and I pushed some more and he upped it to $40. The girl on the phone offered a $150 credit when I make a new order. So I did. They just canceled the order today again and I emailed as to why. The response was we will give you the $150 in gift cards and somehow instead of $150 they credited old orders and I got a total of $262.50 in gift card credit plus the original $40 promo credit to spend on anything Amazon sells.
Amazon has really got to get some consistency in its customer service. And they might as well employ robots instead of the people reading from a script in who knows what foreign country. I generally love Amazon, but this is just ridiculous. Jet.com and Google Express customer service is putting Amazom to share.
Finally got a chance to call Amazon. After 35min and speaking to a supervisor, they said there’s nothing they could do and they would not give me anything. Is Amazon changing their policies??
