Placed 2 orders from 2 separate accounts. The order I placed around 1:30am is canceled, the order I placed around 12:30am still states “processing”. Not sure what to make out of this..

I spoke to rep on phone since I was checking my order status online and said canceled. She said that no email sent out that was canceled but and order that was not processed yet or in mid of processing was canceled. To see if canceled, you need to go to track order, put in order number and it would say canceled or tracking status.

She said all people who did this deal with 2+ free items will be under review on every order they place

Just an update to all. I got a cancelltion letter via email i chated with them and there refunding me for the order. i then said its not right why you canceling and she didnt know why because they didnt put in any notes. so i said can you offer me some kind of compensation for this order. They gave me 30 free dollars gift for my next order. YEAH so this all work out great

When called got $10 refunded from original order and they let me choose one of the promotional items that they’re sending me free

They sent me the laptop cases that I ordered but not the gifts. I called to see if the gifts were coming. Apparently the order wasn’t process due to invalid coupon code. I m vet received the emails they claimed they sent. To make it better, They informed me I was never charged for the items I received and now that I’m calling and telling them I received the items, they need to charge me

i needed things from staples anyway during this promotion. so i ordered a lot of things and selected the free gifts. when they cancelled the order i didn’t get the free gifts but i got everything i ordered no charge!!!!!
