Delta Europe Coach And Business Class Award Sale
How do you have a sale when you no longer publish the regular price?
Excellent question, but Delta has coach round-trips to Europe from 50K miles and business round-trips from 110K miles and there’s no doubt that award space is much better than American’s scAAmvantage.
-Book by March 14
-Travel from 8/1-10/31.
-Valid for round-trips only
-Blackout dates apply, use flexible award search to help find valid dates.

If I have the Amex business card, and use my points to book jfk to cgc- will I get 50% of my points back?
It’s worth noting (while understanding you cannot transfer UR to Delta) that the same example coach itinerary = $714 = 47,600 UR (with CSR). Cheaper than the Delta sale mileage.
@Allen:
No, that’s only if you redeem points for paid travel via the AMEX portal.
@AB:
And you’ll earn miles for the flight that way.
Even fewer miles if you have an AMEX business Platinum and pay that way.
But not everyone has a CSR or Platinum. Or they might have Delta miles they want to burn first.
I definitely value 47,600 UR much more than 50,000 delta miles even with earning additional miles.
what is CSR ?
and UR ?
thanks
@Brenton:

Does this also work when originating in Europe?
Been waiting for something like this, but can’t seem to find any availability from LAX in August.
Hi Dan, if it is sale, what is the regular price?
Should I burn my Delta miles now, or I can wait for a better deals?
Can I cancel the flight with miles back?
can i Book a date in august and then change it to a date in May? How much is their change fee?
