link isnt working
@EDDY K:
Groupon has going down due to the popularity of the deal.
Just keep trying!
I want to get this deal but it keeps saying high volume!!!
@Chaya:
Just keep on trying, you’ll get through!
Is this valid for NYC?
@shternie:
It’s valid nationwide!
And there is a store in Manhattan!
Keeps saying “Amount is invalid. You must purchase exactly 1
“…
@dan2:
Are you trying to buy more than one coupon from one account?
nope
unless maybe a purchase went thru already? Would I have received a confirmation email, or not yet?
tip: if you have gmail its easy to make new accounts to get more coupons or fr any other deal out there thats limited to just one account.
if your address is chaim12345@gmail.com then any email sent with an extra period in it will still go to your regular gmail account and companies will let you open a new account.
for example:
c.haim12345@gmail.com
ch.aim12345@gmail.com
cha.im12345@gmail.com
chai.m12345@gmail.com
chaim.12345@gmail.com
will all go to your regular chaim12345@gmail.com inbox but you’ll be able to open a new account with each one.
and if you run out just add a 2nd period like
c.h.aim12345@gmail.com
or even more periods and you’ll still get the email because gmail ignores all periods in the address.
@dan2:
You can check if a purchase went through by logging into your account and clicking on “my stuff.”
If you’re getting that message it probably means that you bought one already. They haven’t been sending out emails yet today,
@chaim: Hey, nice tip, but just to clarify: this is not specific to gmail. Also, another thing you can do is say, chaim12345+groupon1@gmail.com, and chaim12345+groupon2@gmail.com, and they will all go to chaim12345@gmail.com, and that was you can keep track of from which account (1, 2, 3…) that specific email is from.
Great deal. Thanks Dan!!
Just had a great shopping trip to Nordstrom Rack at half price! Now I’m all stocked for my trip to Vegas! You rock Dan!!!
P.S. it says on the voucher that #1 the entire amount needs to be used in one trip and #2 it’s not valid for tax. I know for sure the second one is not true, they apply the gift card to the whole purchase, even if some of it is tax. I don’t know about splitting it for different shopping trips, but it might work anyway.
anyone know if you can use more than one voucher on one purchase? meaning, can i combine 6 to buy a $300 item?
if i buy it now can i use it right away ? today ???
@Mordy Lich:
Yes, you can combine them. I used 2 coupons for an order of $100. Even though it says one per customer, that’s only for Groupon, in Nordstrom Rack it’s just a regular gift card.
If anyone missed this Nordstrom Rack Groupon, if you go to the LA groupon, the same deal is on and the deal expires 2 days from today, Monday!
@q:
Yes, you can use it right away, and if you have a smartphone you can buy it in the store with the Groupon app and use it on the spot.
P.S. This deal is now available in the Los Angeles Groupon till Wednesday.
I see that many cities have it (la, NYC, Cleveland, north jersey, etc.). Instead of doing the email game, i think you could also just buy 1 from each city that has it. is this correct?
I went to redeem 3 groupon certificates at N Rack, they told me I can only use 1 coupon per transaction, I was buying a bunch of lower priced items and we split the suff and made 3 separate purchases. The cashier told me if I return any of the item i will get a nordstroms gift card that will be valid at the regular nordstroms.
I tried to use a few certificates at the same time, and they pointed to the “1 per customer” on the certificate and said only one per customer per day. I waited on line a couple of times and managed to use a few, but obviously that doesn’t work for a larger purchase.
anybody (whoever) bought a couple of them and is looking to sell them i would like to buy a few for around $30 please pm me on the forums ASAP.
Dan,
I’m a ‘fan’ on your facebook page and have gotten the emails in the past of prior deals, but never received anything about this one..am i still on your list?
