Just wanted to let everyone know (since I know personally of a lot of people applied for this credit card deal!) that I spent the required $250 threshold, and have already received the 50,000 miles in my AAdvantage AAccount! I’m sure my companion tickets are not far behind!
One thing to beware of: On one of my cards they charged me an annual fee, and now a few people told me that the same thing happened to them. It was easy to correct, I just called them up and told them I applied on May 18th when the fee was officially waived, and it was corrected soon after that, however just pay close attention and make sure they didn’t try to pull a fast one on you either!!!
At any rate, please comment about your experience; if you got the miles or not, and if you did/didn’t get charged an annual fee…

i just received this week the 25000 miles, no annual fee.
i did not realize that you can apply for 2 on the same day. i didn’t realize that they would issue me a card, since i have an active one already (united won’t issue a second identical card if you already have one.)
thanks again dan!
Your welcome!
I applied for 1 business and 1 consumer card on may 18th, although that brought me to a total of 2 active consumer cards, so citi does allow you to have more than one of the same AA card at a time!
Dan, or Rabbi Dan may I say. Thank you very much for this wonderful deal. I already received the miles and I look forward to the companion ticket.
dan,
how do you open a business account. is the address able to be the same as your home address?
Eddie Bauer has a Summer Sale plus 20% off Code: JSACQ20 Exp 7/3
To open a business account just list your SSN as the tax id number, the address can be the same as your home.
