Shop runner will not work because they need a minimum purchase of $25 so consider this deal DEAD

Sam is correct. I put $27.00 in merchandise in my cart, and entered the code. It accepted the code, but still wants $7.99 for shipping because after using the code, I no longer meet the minimum spend requirement for free shipping

When I bought the stuff it showed the discounted price. But seeing the Amex charges, it charged with Shipping, even though it said it would be free…
