How long does shipping take?
Giftcardmall is a very difficult company to do business with. They seem to DISCOURAGE customers from buying their products! Put an order in and see what happens. If they actually sell it to you, you’re lucky!
The cards you bought last year with 50% off via Amex offers, do those ever expire. I bought 2 $100 gift cards last year with that offer but never used them. I believe I can use them anytime in the future with no expiration date. Is this correct?
Order would not go through, gave them a call. Agent told me they’re OOS

I also ordered a bunch last year using the AMEX offer. When I tried to use them a few months ago, Airbnb wouldn’t let me use them. I had to undergo some kind of audit before they finally un froze them. I feel like I have a permanent black mark on my record still.
So I bought some gift cards to use right away. Still haven’t received them. Called CS and they quoted 4-72 hours which I assume is longer than typical… Anyone know how long they usually take? Anyone received theirs yet?
Could this be used towards the $300 travel credit?

I agree with iahphx. GiftcardMall is terrible. I ordered 3 $250.00 airbnb gift cards at 20% off. I received the confirmation email and saw the approval on my Amex. two days later I received an email saying order was cancelled. they had no explanation why the order was cancelled. just told me to re-order. but the promotion was over. would not do anything to rectify.
