Chayo Eatery, which was formed in order to give the South Bay community a healthy fast-food option, serves up a mix of kosher, vegetarian, and vegan eats. Piping hot pizzas topped with everything from housemade tomato sauce and garlic pesto to portobello mushrooms and jalapeños fly out of ovens. Sandwiches cradle egg salad mixed with cucumber, lox and cream cheese, or ricotta cheese dotted with roasted peppers, and can be paired with daily-made soups, such as butternut squash. Chayo can also cater its healthy dishes for special events. Chayo is also certified by Kehila Kosher.
