What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Our marinated seared skirt steak is one of our most popular items. In fact, it recently won an award at the 015 NJ FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL. The special marinade decreases the saltiness and increases the flavor to a lip-smacking, mouth-watering level!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Proprietor, Yudi Toporowitz, was involved in the food service industry for many years, and channeled his experiences to launch a fine dining experience with all the positive attributes that patrons will enjoy, time and time again.

What do you love most about your job?
Satisfying our patrons is our #1 concern. Seeing the hebuine satisfaction on their faces after enjoying a stress-free, non-rushed dinner, is something we strive to facilitate day after day. We don’t get tired of perfecting everything we do. Good food, to us, is a passion, not a business.
