About Schnitzel Express

Located just south of Times Square on Broadway, Schnitzel Express takes its ingredients seriously. The cooks serve a broad, fully kosher menu of schnitzel, shish kebabs, pita sandwiches, burgers, falafel, and wraps, focusing on making everything in house, from the bread to the chimichurri. The restaurant’s namesake sandwich, the israeli classic schnitzel, tempts tongues with a fried chicken cutlet served on your choice of a housemade 12-inch french baguette or a wrap, topped with lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Its selection of 13 schnitzel sandwiches can be paired with home fries, chip-like savory treats made onsite from a mix of potatoes and sweet potatoes. Further experimenting with schnitzel, the chefs roll rice around fried chicken, avocado, and garlic aioli to form their own take on sushi. Recently expanded, the dining area now seats around 50 customers.
