I bought a camera gimbal from Beach Camera that I needed for an out of town shoot and it had to arrive the coming Tuesday. FedEx screwed up and the camera arrived a day late. I spoke with Nicole Claudio and she sent me the return authorization form right away. She was one of the best customer service reps I've ever had. Beach has great prices and they are a fantastic alternative to the big camera store in NYC. Great experience, and I will buy from them again!

Re order # WX2567902I: On 4/11 I ordered a Cuisinart specifically as it would be delivered by 4/14 as advertised. On 4/13 I received a tracking notice saying the delivery was now moved to the date of my party, i.e. 4/18! And just to go from NJ to MA! I wrote customer service and MARIA LUISA adjusted the delivery so that my Cuisinard arrived on the originally advertised date. Very Wonderful!!! This is amazing and I've never experienced it before in on-line shopping. Thank you very much; now I don't have to figure out an entire new menue for non-meat eating Passover food restrictions friends!!!

I purchased a Samsung HW-Q800D. Soundbar from Beach cCamera. It was advertised to work with Alexa. However, after numerous calls to Samsung and their Smartthings support group, as well as contacting Alexa support, we could not get the soundbar to respond to Alexa. There seemed to be a problem with the SmartThings software app. I spoke to Judith with Beach Camera about sending the soundbar back. I would have to say she was very helpful in achieving a very generous resolution of the matter. Thank you Judith for your wonderful help!

We bought an open box camera but after receiving it found out it did not have a manufacture warranty even though it looked new. Having had a bad past experience with a camera not under warranty this was important. The seller worked with us so that we did not have to go through the refund process. Bottomline, is that took care of the situation after the sale. That is good stuff in my book. Next time looking for a camera or accessories will give them a shot.
