Many minyanim in that area. Tower 41, The Vendome Place 4301 collins and a chasidishe place (Late minyan) on 36 or 35 between Collins and Indian Creek. As far as food goes you have many to choose from 42 street

In orlando there is a Kosher restaraunt that is called "the lower East Side" that has a shul and there are a couple hotels on the block. I think the reasturant has some deals with hotels if you book through them. Not sure the contact info- try looking it up online.

In Miami Beach there is Tower 41 there is a kosher resterant and a shul inside, ans within a 5 minute walk there are many hotels, 4points by Sheraton, Days Inn, Fontainebleau etc...
