@Shmuel: @Shmuel… yes, they do take Kohls cash away… its all or nothing for each $50 increment.
I ordered 5 each of 7 items for a total of 35 items and total rebate of $420. I received $372. I chatted with Kohls which I saved the chat screen just now and was told that the I received a rebate for 31 items but the max # of items for rebate is 30… you should see this chat???? I said you cant limit to 30 and not tell the consumer, chat rep then says he is advertising it to me now in this chat… Nowhere is this listed on the rebate form. I am going to email Kohl’s customer service next.
I did Kohls chat after Kohls rebate chat and was given the rebate line 1-888-976-8104, listen to recordings, I pressed 2, 1, 2, then had option 8 for operator. I asked for a supervisor. System set to rebate 30 but should be 40. They issued a new card for balance due of $48 to me. Just FYI for your other readers.
