Update: 10:10am: United.com is no longer pricing any tickets in Danish Kroner, so this appears to be dead.
——————————————————————————-
To book go to United.com and change the country to Denmark on the top-right:
To force the connection via Newark so that you have lie-flat seats all the way around the world just use the multiple destination search page and add additional segments as needed.
Routing via Newark with lie-flat beds the entire way for $89.
Or use multiple destinations to force Lufthansa First Class flights so that you can experience the first class terminal and getting driven to your plane in a Porsche:
That will bump you up to a whopping $121 😉
Or you can book a one-way award to London with 20-30K miles.
Then just book this price mistake fare ending off in the US instead of returning to London for $107:
This fare is valid from anywhere in England to most cities in the world. It’s only valid for flights originating in the UK.
Be sure to select business or first class!
Do not sign into your United account or else it will error out.
When checking out, just use leave the billing country as Denmark, but otherwise enter your US street address, city, and zip code and it will ticket!
Use a card that doesn’t charge a foreign transaction fee.
Post what you book!

Many thanks!
london to tel aviv and then london home for 3 people
Can I book through Newark and only go on the flights from New York to Honolulu and Honolulu to New York?
Sad post. Drags the whole hobby into the gutter. Cheapens the reputation of your site.
Is it possible to only fly one segment, without flying the first, i.e. only take the second leg of the journey from the u.s. without boarding the plane in london
Dan, can we skip the first leg and the last leg of the flights shown in the first picture?
booyaa shakalaka!!!!

Dan – a little confused. In the first example going through EWR, do you need to take the flights to/from London? Or can you skip those and just take the flights to/from Newark?
Is there a big difference between old plane Global First and 787 Bizfirst? Should I take one over the other?
Can I book from London but just start from the Newark leg?
Can I book a LHR to NYC roundtrip and only use the return leg (NYC-LHR)?

@Anonymous:
what dates?
@Dan: Can I just take the return flight home from Honolulu and get off in Newark and not take the last leg to London?
After a few errors similar to some above I got through . 4 tickets to EWR from UK first class for £180. I will wait to see whether this is halachically and or legally in order to decide whether to fly.
Can someone cancel half of a round trip? Meaning I only want the last leg of the trip.

@Dan
Booked LHR-EWR-LHR and seperate LHR-TLV
I didnt book the unborn child as lap just left out.
Would it be a problem to add on later? Or at airport?
What are the chances thehy will actually honor this?
@dan are you sure i cant book london to newark with connecting itenerary a full week later and just call and say i missed my flight ill get to ny but want to continue the rest of my trip?
shoud we be worried that if you get lufthansa that it won’t automatically ticket and thus have a better chance of being canceled?

is there any why I can change my London leg for 2 days earlier ?
Dan
What does billing address country have to be? Denmark or US? I used Denmark and when I put in my NY address it says error and reprices
If i used my usa credit card can they cancel the ticket as not using an denmark card
Nothing for London to Delhi. I am getting error
“We were not able to find any available seats meeting your requirements. You may modify your search criteria, or call 1-800-UNITED-1 (1-800-864-8331) within the U.S. or Canada; elsewhere contact your local United Reservations Office.”
I have problems with entering the security numbers of my cc any help?????
Does anyone know a good deal one way to London march 1
Nothing for London to Delhi. I am getting message

can they cancel the ticket as i used a usa credit card ?
I just couldn’t allow myself to enter a foreign country as my billing address. Isn’t that credit card fraud? When I put in USA it repriced to around $10k USD. This one crosses my ethics line and I doubt it’ll be honored anyway so I am bowing out.
what is better Lufthansa BIZ or UA GF?
Hi Dan I have tried with Citi, Amex and Chase cards and I get the address issue… Any suggestions?
I got the confirmation email, but with a message as follows. Should I be worried? Did I book a leg with the wrong partner or something?
Codeshare Flight Ticketing Delay
This notification is being sent to you because one or more flight segments associated with the confirmation shown above is on a codeshare partner(s). This itinerary will remain in effect for 24 hours through Thu., 12 Feb., 2015. Once our codeshare partner accepts this reservation your fare will be guaranteed, your ticket will be issued with the form of payment authorized and a receipt will be sent to you.
Though taking advantage of a mistake may be reasonable, claiming a billing address in Denmark (which is exactly what you are doing when you hit the ‘I agree’ button)…
I don’t think I need to elaborate.
I’ve tried the western union and it still gives address problem.
The “error” appears to be fixed. I cant book any longer
Deal seems dead. Can only get to price in USD and prior to that, got error message that united.com was unable to complete my request. Next time!
is it dead?
united seems to have stopped pricing in denmark curreny. even though Denmark is selected country, it’s now pricing everything in USD
Think it just died.
Repricing fares originating in Denmark in US dollars.
Its gone, now fares are showing up in USD
The billing address is just to confirm the CC information. It is not deceitful at all. This is a price glitch on the Danish website, putting the billing address as Denmark is just stopping the website from redirecting you. The billing address is to prevent fraud nothing to do with United Airlines.
dead!! party is over, pack up!!
dead?
died
Dead. I was able to get it to the billing stages a few times but the Verify with Visa or MC, AMEX etc. stopped it. Dead.
Ugh, just as I clicked purchase…
I accidentally submitted with a US billing address. Then it died.
missed it again!!
im trying to book and changed the country on both computer and phone but keeps reverting to united states when i click continue. how do i get it to stay on denmark? i even tried on internet explorer
Now the Denmark country option is gone. Dead dead.
Bloomberg is reporting it
so they were probably the cause that it got stopped
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-02-11/united-airlines-offers-75-transatlantic-fare-in-possible-flaw
Here is who killed this deal by calling United.
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-02-11/united-airlines-offers-75-transatlantic-fare-in-possible-flaw
Don’t EVER call the airline.
Guys, any chance they wont honor it?
And guess where she got this information:
“The fare was first reported on the travel site Dansdeals.com”
Or more like Dan is a lazy guy who steals mistake fares from flyertalk without giving any credit. I’m glad you lost all your chase links Dan.

Have a pleasant day.
Booked tickets. Online it says: “ticketed and confirmed” is this a done deal?
WHEN CLICK ON SHOW RECEIPT IS SHOWS THE PRICE IN UK POUNDS Airfare: 6,271 GBP AND THEN CONVERTS IT TO DKK, HOPE THEY WILL NOT CHARGE ME IN GBP!!!
Thanks Dan. got tickets EWR to HNL for the end of December FIRST CLASS $75 each! Of course have to shlep to London to start. worth it?
tnx DAN there’s any fee to change (date time…etc) a ticket by united?
Thanks Dan. I got 2 tickets ewr to hnl FIRST CLASS for $75 end of December! have to go to London first. pain. is it worth it?
@DaninMCI: i had the same problem but i clicked paid with paypal
@DaninMCI:
Lol, what did the reporter think United would say or do?
I booked a couple of tickets, and just realized that I didnt put in passport information, but automatically it put in that my passport was issued in denmark– is that a prob?
Dan please get back to me asap!
@sam:
It will charge in Kroner if you used the Denmark site.
@jack:
You’re not going to be able to change these tickets for any affordable rate.
@moishe r:
Depends on how much you like first class 🙂
Thanks. Booked for a friend of mine who’s going to London in the summer. He got a cheap return. $90 for him and his wife.
tnx so much @DANN
i still have a second payment page open with the DKK currency total an i have already made the same reservations once. should i submit the page 1) will i be charged in DKK ?? 2) will i be later on able to change the dates ?? PLS ADVISE
@@DaninMCI:
Just for the record “@DANINMCI” isn’t me “DaninMCI” fyi
Dan, Shouldn’t a business or first class ticket be fully refundable even after 24 hours?
looks like united TOOK OUT Denmark as an option on united.com
I got my confirmation email for one of my booked tickets, does that mean that they will now definitely honor it?
Why do i have to use a credit card without fee if paying in another country?
I got a Receipt from UA, saying:
Airfare: 3678 GBP
but in the end it says:
eTicket total: 536 DKK
What will they charge me?
@sam: got the same problem
once the tickets are confirmed, can you go into the reservation and add your frequent flyer number so you get miles for flying or will that mess things up?
perhaps not the smartest idea, but I bought the farelock for 13.99 to make sure that my flight reservation was saved before I committed to the dates I submitted. I have been trying to buy it for some time now, and the website lets me enter everything except for “Card Type”
so no option to select Amex, Visa, MC, etc… This is the only reason why I cannot go ahead with the purchase. It doesn’t let me select a card type, as a result the system doesn’t let me continue because it says “please select a card type”
Is there even a point in me calling united?
I booked two roundtrip tickets from LHR to Jnb for 195$ total and United charged my card. I didn’t book it through my mileage plus account and they have yet to send me any emails. Anyone know how I can look up my reservation without my confirmation number?
@dbel23:
Never use a hold curing a price mistake. Book first, cancel if needed within 24 hours.

I CANNOT CHOOSE DENMARK COUNTRY IN UNITED.COM ….. WHAT PASS? PLS HELP.
They cancelled my ticket/flight that I had gotten.
Yep, looks Ike they won’t be honoring these after all…
