I’m not so sure about the “all other flavors are kosher dairy.” Last I checked most of the ice dippin dots were pareve, the ice creams were dairy. Best to check with the Vaad Hoeir of St Louis…

I’ve never actually seen any other “Ice” flavors besides rainbow ice, nor can any other Ice flavors be ordered by the package from their website.

There is also watermelon and liberty that I’ve seen. You buy them by the cup in the stores. FYI all stores carry a current copy of the kashrus certification.
