Can someone please post how to book it? I have a lot of SPF and ultimate rewards (over 100k in each). I would like to go to Israel with my wife next winter. I never transferred miles before. Do I book fro BA’s website or US Airways etc. Also is this going to be available for a while? Thanks

does usairways not fly all the time? i pick 1 weekend off from the date you show. (11/23-12/1) and only direct flight on way back.
on ur example doesnt show any direct flights…

This is not a temporary deal it is the regular Avios price you can get whenever US releases award space on the route. Avios are based on distance so east coast to Israel is a sweet spot.

For those hoping for business class, US, like AA, seems to be coding their 2-cabin business (ie all US flights) as first class. As such it would be 3x more points as opposed to 2x as many points if it was coded correctly.

Biz class is 120k roundtrip + $46
Economy is 60k roundtrip

What site could you book this on ?

1) Sign up for British Airways Executive Club.
2)Log in to your executive club account.
3) Hover over the executive club tab on top of the page and click on “spending avios”
4) Scroll down the page until you see the “book flights. with avios” on the left hand side of your page and click.
5) Enter your search in the flight search box.

Another way to search BA on AA is to search on aa.com for aaver award. If available on AA then it should be available for avios booking.

I only started Using this website a few months ago, and your original post gave me virtually no information on how to take advantage of the deal. I have plenty of SPG & UR points but all did was make a BA Avios account and play around trying to figure out myself how to get to where you were on that screen shot, but to no avail. But thank you for posting related thread. I’m gonna look through it now that i’m awake again, i hope there is still availability.

Do You have anymore RP’s with more detailed info to transfer UR & SPG to BAvios? Your current RP only talks about Amex MR which i donot have. Or are there any posts by you in general that discuss transfers from UR or SPG to ANA for cheap business or economy tickets. I read that in a VR post a while ago and you said it was possible for 90000 ANA for business, but there were no instructions, and i couldnt figure it out.

Very little availability. Dates Dan suggested work, other than that will be difficult to find if you are looking for specific days. Anyone know how far in advance US opens award seats? 12 months?

You didn’t read our question, or you didn’t read the Related Post you just shared with us. You are not practicing what you are preaching. I read it, does not explain transfer of UR or SPG to BA Avios. Some people don’t know how to do that yet.

Although this is a nice option it is diluted by the lack of availability for nonstop flights from phil to tel aviv same problem like other award nonstop routes to TEL like United(ewr to tel) and Delta(jfk to tel)

Once you create a British Airways Executive Club account, transferring your Chase Ultimate Rewards points or Starwood Preferred Guest points is very easy. For Chase, just login to your Ultimate Rewards account, hover over “Points Transfer” and click on “British Airways Executive Club”. Then just type in your Executive Club number and how many points you want to transfer and click “transfer”. Similar process for SPG.

Is there anyway to add your US Airways DM number to the reservation on a ticket booked with Avios? That way, if you have the Barclay’s US Airways credit card, you will get free checked luggage (for domestic flights) and other benefits. There is a way to do this for American flights, I think on the Finnair site, but now that US Airways flights are bookable with Avios too, it would be great to be able to do the same.
