Back on topic: They are incorrectly adding sales tax for clothing shipped to NY. I had to contact them to get it manually refunded. Perhaps if enough people contact them they will fix the error.

I am having a hard time registering with the forums. I have a $150 statement credit at aa.com thru a credit card signup. I live in NJ and cant buy a gift card. any other ideas how I could get my free money. I am not booking a ticket and credit is expiring shortly.

Vente-Privee has an extremely short return window and cost $6 per return!

Can always return to AMEX and they usually refund you and let you keep it 😉
